KLUG-CONSERVATION offers online support for all their customers using and working with "KLUG Boxing System" and are in possession of a valid maintenance agreement (service contract). The support can be carried out either via telephone or by using the "TeamViewer" control program. This platform permits remote program setting changes, update installations as well as the elimination of program application errors.
Support is available from: Monday thru Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. till 15:00 p.m.
