Tate in collaboration with the Clothworkers' Foundation are organising a symposium presenting new research on the history, context, materials and techniques of Pablo Picasso, Francis Picabia and Max Ernst. The symposium will focus on the two year case studies of Tate technical art historical investigators, which we expect to be of interest to a wide range of arts professionals, particularly conservators and conservation scientists.
The symposium will be held on Friday, 25th November 2016 at Tate Britain, London in the Clore auditorium. There will be a group of prestigious speakers and a large national and international audience from museums, institutions and private practices. KLUG-CONSERVATION is also participating as a sponsor displaying conservation and preservation materials.
